We collect only what is needed to provide repair, parts and booking services (name, contact details, address, appliance details and chat transcripts).

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card details. Chat transcripts are anonymised after 12 months. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time via support@ac.hibristol.com.
